2011-2012 FUNDRAISING

Below is a list of fundraising activities to be approved by the boosters. We have big plans for the 2011-12 year so we all need to pitch in so our students can continue to do an outstanding job. We need many chairs to fill our fundraising needs. Please volunteer to help the musicians of Mandarin Mustang Band.

The PLAYERS Championship Tickets: The PLAYERS Championship will take place May 7-13, 2012. We are going to sell one-day passes. One-day passes sell for $55, but we can sell them for $40 each. The band will receive $25 for each ticket sold. Have your friends and family go to Ticket Master to order tickets. They will need to put in the band's code: TP2JZNZ. The PLAYERS will give a $5,000 bonus to the organization that sells the most tickets. So get out there and sell!!!

Sponsorship is an ongoing fundraiser. We are trying to get businesses in our local community to "invest" in our band. By "investing" they are helping us achieve our goals of continuing to be a Superior rated band in the District. Their investment is a sponsorship level as outlined on our Sponsorship Letter. Through different levels of sponsorship, they receive benefits such as having their company name on banners at the field, advertisements in our concert programs and being able to come to our football games.
